When it drops to 100-200 B/sec, restore has logged you out and you must abort your restore and log back in. While restore is running and getting the files ready, it should be using about 3k send and receive B/sec in bandwidth. Why? because zoolz restore will log you out and not notify you. I upped the priority to stop it from hanging and found that If your restore is going to take longer than 12 hours to start, then you won't get your files.
